Traffic Conditions and Transportation Tips

With major events happening, traffic will be heavier than usual. Key areas like Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, and Old Town are likely to experience significant congestion. Here’s how you can optimize your travel routes:

Avoid Peak Hours: Consider traveling early in the morning or later in the evening to dodge peak traffic times.

Use Public Transport: MTS Trolley and bus services offer convenient access to most event locations.

Plan Your Parking: Downtown parking can be scarce; parking structures at Horton Plaza and Seaport Village can offer spots.
